I recently heard about Paintbrush Diplomacy. I was told that children can participate in this program by submitting artwork that will be exchanged with other childen from around the world. Is that still the case? If so, I would very much like to participate. I travel internationally every year and have brought artwork from my students to schools that I visit overseas.
